How Tensoria Came Together
Tensoria started from a straightforward observation: most AI education moves too fast to actually build understanding. Courses race through concepts, and learners end up with a surface familiarity that doesn't hold up when they sit down to build something on their own.
We spent time watching how people actually learn programming and applied mathematics, and what helped was always the same thing — working on something real, getting specific feedback, and having enough time to go back and fix what didn't work.
Tensoria is built around that approach. Each programme is structured so the work you do has a clear purpose, and the feedback you receive is specific enough to be useful. We are based in Chiang Mai, and we keep cohorts small so that engagement stays meaningful.

What We Are Here to Do
Our purpose is straightforward: provide a structure where people can develop real working knowledge in AI development. Not a credential to display, not a shortcut to an outcome — a genuine shift in what someone can do and understand.
We focus on three areas where we think structure and project-based work make the biggest difference: neural network design and training, building generative applications, and putting models into production environments.

Submissions are reviewed with specific written comments. We look at design decisions, not just correctness — the kind of feedback that builds real understanding over time.
Data Privacy Handling
Learner data is kept strictly for programme administration. We do not pass contact details to third parties, and data handling is compliant with Thai PDPA requirements.
Curriculum Transparency
Each programme scope is described clearly before enrolment — what is covered, what level is assumed, and what a learner will have built by the end.
Responsible AI Coverage
Every course includes material on limitations, bias, and data ethics — not as an add-on, but as a thread woven through the technical content.
Accessible Support
Questions receive responses in clear, non-jargon language. Support is available throughout the programme, not just at scheduled checkpoints.

Programmes are reviewed and updated regularly based on learner feedback and changes in the AI development landscape — particularly in generative AI, which moves quickly.
Our Approach
AI Education That Stays Close to Practice
At Tensoria, the view is that AI development education works best when it stays close to the actual work. That means giving learners something specific to build, time to build it properly, and feedback that speaks to their particular decisions rather than general guidance that could apply to anyone.
The three programmes we offer — deep learning and neural networks, generative AI project work, and MLOps and deployment — cover a path that many AI practitioners need to travel. Each one is structured as a series of exercises that build on each other, with a final project that ties the concepts together.
Working in Chiang Mai lets us keep things small and personal. Cohorts are limited so that each learner receives proper attention, and the pace of each programme can flex within limits to account for the natural variation in how long different concepts take to absorb.
We think of Tensoria as a studio, not a school — a place where you come to work on something, with people who know the craft and can help you develop yours. The emphasis is always on what you can do after the programme is finished, not on the programme itself.
