These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tensoria website and your enrolment in any Tensoria programme. By accessing our website or submitting an enrolment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions
- "Tensoria", "we", "us", "our" — the business operating at 105 Thanon Mahidol, Pa Daet, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand.
- "Programme" — any of the AI development educational courses offered by Tensoria, including Deep Learning & Neural Networks, Generative AI Project Studio, and MLOps & Deployment.
- "You", "User" — any person who accesses the website or enrols in a Programme.
- "Content" — all materials, exercises, feedback, and documentation provided as part of a Programme.
- "Agreement" — these Terms together with any enrolment confirmation and our Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or submitting an enrolment, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
- You have read and understood these Terms.
3. Programme Description
Tensoria offers three online AI development programmes:
- Deep Learning & Neural Networks — a structured course delivered over approximately 6–8 weeks at ฿5,100.
- Generative AI Project Studio — a project-based programme delivered over approximately 8–10 weeks at ฿19,000.
- MLOps & Deployment — an advanced programme delivered over approximately 10–12 weeks at ฿34,000.
Programmes are available in English. Access is provided online. Actual duration may vary depending on pace. Tensoria reserves the right to update programme content to reflect current industry practice.
4. Enrolment and Accounts
To enrol in a Programme you will be asked to provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your access credentials confidential;
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account; and
- Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our website or participating in a Programme, you agree not to:
- Share programme materials, exercises, or feedback with third parties without our written permission;
- Use programme content for commercial purposes beyond your own learning;
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications;
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our systems;
- Submit work that is not your own as part of programme exercises.
6. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, including written content, exercises, feedback templates, and course structure, are the intellectual property of Tensoria. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your personal educational purposes during the programme period.
Work you produce during exercises and the final project belongs to you, unless it incorporates Tensoria-owned materials in ways beyond personal use.
7. Payment Terms
- Fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable before the programme begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is accepted via methods confirmed at enrolment (bank transfer, card, or other electronic payment).
- Fees are non-refundable once programme materials have been accessed, except where required by applicable Thai consumer protection law.
- If you have not accessed materials, a refund request submitted within 7 days of payment will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Tensoria does not store payment card details. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider.
8. Programme-Specific Terms
- There is no fixed pass/fail requirement — programmes are designed for learning, not assessment.
- Tensoria does not issue formal qualifications or accredited certificates. Completion is acknowledged internally but is not a regulated credential.
- Exercise submission and feedback timelines are indicative. Instructor response times may vary but will generally not exceed 5 business days.
- If significant changes are made to a programme after enrolment, affected participants will be notified and offered options to continue or withdraw.
9. Disclaimers
Our programmes are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Tensoria makes no representations about:
- Employment outcomes or career advancement following completion;
- The suitability of any programme for a specific professional purpose;
- The uninterrupted availability of online programme materials.
Content is provided "as is" and is updated periodically. We do not accept responsibility for decisions you make based on information contained in the programmes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Tensoria's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or a Programme shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific Programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages;
- Loss of income or profit;
- Damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tensoria and its instructors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of programme materials.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the enrolment arrangement:
- By you: at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7.
- By Tensoria: if you breach these Terms, misuse programme materials, or engage in conduct that disrupts other participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
Thai consumer protection laws apply where relevant, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and its amendments.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrolment confirmation, form the complete agreement between you and Tensoria.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected].
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. If you are enrolled in a programme when changes are made, we will notify you by email. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
